Greg Heginger, 36, of Iowa Falls, Iowa, has been accused of having sex with a minor under the age of 16. He now faces a Class A felony and life in prison without the possibility of parole due to the fact that he has a previous conviction for the same charge.

Bryan Liang, 19, a student of the University of Cincinnati of Ohio, is charged with 10 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity. Liang claimed his laptop was stolen from his residence hall; two days later, the laptop was discovered by a member of the college's cleaning crew. The worker turned it into the police and officers discovered more than 200 images of nude children on the laptop, all downloaded prior to the theft of the laptop.

Steven J. Wyler, 56, has been arrested in Oregon by Marion County Sheriff's Office detectives on sexual assault related charges involving children under the age of 16 year old. The investigation was sparked when an acquaintance of Wyler saw digital images in Wyler's possession of children who appeared to be under 18 engaged in sexually explicit conduct. He is charged with six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and one count of encouraging child sexual abuse in the first degree.

In New Jersey, Rudolfo Ardiles-Pardo, 45, an illegal immigrant from Chile, has been sentenced to 72 years in state prison after having been convicted of four counts of aggravated sexual assault on a 14 year old girl.

In New York, Won Chang, 24, was arrested and charged with public lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal solicitation after exposing himself outside a school to a 15-year-old girl and offering to pay her for sex.

In San Jose, California, a Homestead High teacher was arrested on charges that he had sex with a student at Lynbrook High School. A student teacher at Lynbrook from 2005 to 2006, Robb Arlon Hunt, 30, was booked into county jail for having sex with a minor. Additional victims are suspected.

In Michigan, the Mecosta County Sheriff's Department issued an arrest warrant for a Reed City Area Schools assistant principal accused of sexually assaulting a student. Troy Guzikowski, 43, turned himself in late the next day. Guzikowski is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, though few details were released due to the victim's age (with the exception that the victim was 15 or younger).

In Warren, Michigan, seven-year veteran firefighter Thomas Maluchnik, 35, has been charged with criminal sexual conduct involving a 15-year-old girl.

In Jersey City, New Jersey, Ricardo Massa, 46, has pled guilty to five counts of possession of child pornography. The investigation was sparked when Massa claimed to someone he was chatting with online that he was molesting his daughter. Though he has no daughter, the person he was chatting with was a law enforcement agent from another state who then called local police. Five videos were discovered on Massa's computer that contained images of children in varying states of undress and in some cases engaging in sexual acts.

Warren Moss, 34, a convicted child molester, was arrested in California when it was discovered that rather than being transient, as he had claimed when registering, he was actually living across the street from a Palmdale middle school. Moss claimed that his reason for not registering in the home he was residing was because he did not wish to be identified in public records as living across the street from a school because he was afraid that legal authorities would investigate the situation.
