However, it should be noted that the two sections on sexual harassment - online and offline - also cover the topic of unwanted sexual solicitations. Furthermore, the more general definition of sexual harassment, i.e., any unwanted attention of a sexual nature, is used in both sections rather than the restricted, legal definition of the phrase.
